(a) Data you provide via the contact form (name, email, company, message); (b) data you provide when applying for a job (name, email, portfolio/CV link, LinkedIn, message); (c) technical data automatically collected by our hosting provider when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, date and time of access), used for security and to operate the website.
3. Why we use your data
To respond to inquiries, to evaluate job applications, to operate and secure the website, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
